SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During launches, sales or particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

FREE UK delivery on orders over £50
Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact sales@vantagedrop.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or you believe your parcel may be missing, contact sales@vantagedrop.com with your order number and we will investigate.

VANTAGE currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
